Shipping policy

(A.K.A. how we launch snacks into your orbit)
We ship all Planetary Chips via USPS, straight from our kitchen in Sonoma County to snack-lovers across the U.S. We keep things simple, reliable, and as fresh as possible.

Here’s how it works:

Processing Time
We fry in small batches each week, no mass-produced weirdness here. Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days after you place them. If we’re extra busy or the fryer’s feeling moody, it may take a day or two longer.

Shipping Carrier
Just good ol’ USPS. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order takes off. Once it’s out of our hands, it’s up to the postal powers that be.

Product Discounts
While shipping doesn’t change, the more bags you order, the better the per-bag price. Think of it as a reward for stocking up.

Delivery Weirdness
If your chips arrive looking like they went through a potato war or they never arrive at all, just email us. We’ll work with you to make things right. Please keep your order number and the lot code from the back of the bag handy in case we need to investigate.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If your chips end up at your ex’s house because of a typo, we can’t promise a replacement, but we’ll do our best to help if we can.

Other Notes
• We currently ship only within the United States.
• We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
